What the hecks an amulet?

An amulet is basically is little good luck charm. An amulets job is to protect the wearer from evil. Many mummies were buried with amulets to make the trip to the afterlife smooth. There a couple different names for an amulet. The two most common names are Nehet and Meket. All the different names come from the word protect, Which is pretty self explanatory. One of the most famous amulets is the Eye of Horus. The eye of Horus gives the wearer good health. I don't know about you but that sounds like a pretty good idea to me.
